Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment to Standards.

The TranceForm Institute is a board-certified, lineage-rooted training institution. To preserve the deep, intensive nature of our live, in-person training environment, cohort sizes are strictly capped and deliberately kept small.

Because an empty seat represents a lost opportunity for another serious practitioner, all tuition fees, deposits, and course enrollments are final and non-refundable. By registering for a certification or training path, you agree to these terms.


Rescheduling & Tuition Credits.

We understand that professional schedules and life circumstances can shift. If you are genuinely unable to attend the specific cohort dates for which you registered, your enrollment investment is protected under the following terms:

  • 12-Month Validity: Your deposit or full tuition payment remains valid as a credit for up to 12 months from your original purchase date.
  • Flexible Application: You may apply this credit toward any future live training, cohort, or certification level of equal or lesser value within that 12-month window.
  • Notice Requirement: To request a seat transfer to a future cohort, you must notify our admissions and support team in writing prior to the start of your scheduled training.

State of Florida Compliance.

In strict accordance with Florida Statutes governing continuing education, professional development, and private instructional services:

“No refunds will be issued for student cancellations, partial attendance, or missed classes. All participants formally acknowledge and agree to this binding policy upon submitting their registration application and securing their seat.”
